Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use authorsrip.garden and the services offered through it by Authorsrip Tree Service. When you use the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Authorsrip Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, schedules, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will produce.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the website for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.

Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@authorsrip.garden.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Authorsrip Tree Service or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Authorsrip Tree Service is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
